Local repair

Include your macOS version, app version, recording format, and the error message. Keep your original recording. Please do not attach private videos to your support email.

Expert recovery requests

Include the request reference shown in the app and use the email address you submitted with the request. You can also contact us to request deletion of uploaded files or request details.

Local repair works offline. Expert recovery is optional and requires uploading your selected file for a human operator to view. Recovery is not guaranteed; you pay only if recovery succeeds.
